Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). "The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that."
