"I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027."

"We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

"This hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful views overlooking lake orta. Beautiful walkway on the lake and the city was amazing and very walkable. Beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom! Great shower and double sinks. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We missed the breakfast as we had an early departure but it looked fantastic! Beautiful room and lots of selections."

"Pur soggiornando una sola notte abbiamo potuto apprezzare la location e, soprattutto, la cortesia e la professionalità del personale dell’Hotel Cortese. Camera piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort, piscina bella e funzionale. Ottima la colazione con tanta scelta di dolce, salato e frutta. Abbiamo avuto modo anche di cenare presso il ristorante, annesso alla struttura, e farci coccolare con piatti molto particolari. Indubbiamente un’esperienza da ripetere."

She helped us book a boat ride we wanted to do, and she also organized dinner reservations and transportation for us. We had no rental car, so that was really helpful. We did not participate in any of the spa offerings, but that was only because we were only there two nights. We...

"A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"My friend and I stayed for five nights at Hotel Flora and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated outside the central part of Stresa, and is a lovely 15-20 minute walk into town along the lake promenade, and is close to both the train station and a nearby bus stop, making it a convenient location to have as your base for travelling around the area. The breakfast provided each morning has a wide variety of options to accommodate various dietary requirements and was a great way to...
