"Check in was very uncomfortable, and I had to ask for the room keys while the desk attendant just stared at me waiting for me to leave. We were not directed to the parking at all (which I had paid for) and had to figure it out ourselves. The room had dirty top sheets on BOTH the beds. "

However, I received a text the day of our arrival saying during peak times after 5:00 we needed to book a 1 hour time slot for the pool. I would have liked to know that well in advance since a birthday pool party was the whole point of my visit. Also, to prebook breakfast on Expedia I also had to pay for free cancellation. I...

"We’ve enjoyed staying at this airport Marriott in Calgary for its convenience, customer service and wonderful rooms. They are helpful with questions, the service is outstanding and the beds are beyond comfortable. We like the Club floor lounge for snacks, cappuccinos, evening appetizers and morning breakfasts."
