"The hotel is very average, very slow on service.
On arrival, the lady cleaner really tried her best to help us but the bathroom/ toilet facilities were not working, leaking and after complaining about it we were moved to another facility. The bathroom area is hazardous due to lack of water mopping equipments after showering."
"Blue Dove is doing an increasingly good job and western travelers should consider this as an option when traveling in Arua. The onsite security at night is much appreciated. Food is basic but good. Good value and location. Management is helpful and addresses any issues. I stay there every time I visit Arua. "
