"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"Extremely modern, clean, and 5* facility. Pool is beautiful but not heated. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. They are clearly well trained in hospitality with everyone greeting guests no matter what. There is an onsite farm that provides all the vegetables and coffee to the hotel. The staff provided a tour ad hoc (I was just walking by and they asked if we wanted a tour). The food is excellent and not bad value. They are doing roadwork right outside the hotel property but you can’t hear anything on the grounds or in the room due to the lush vegetation. Overall, 5/5. Would come back but maybe when it’s a bit warmer."
