I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. What stood out besides the obvious backdrop of the stunning sea and gorgeous private beach was hands down the entire staff. Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. If you are looking for a quiet, serene, clean, beauty at ever corner place to stay, look no further.

Fine - not great!

You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. It is literally very 80's decor and a little shocked this hasn't been modernized. The food is very expensive which is fine but I don't think it delivered given the cost structure. Essentially they force you into a meal plan or both lunch and dinner are set menu each for 200 euro's per person. We had a problem with our AC that took awhile for them to find a solution which was an oversized mobile a/c generator put in our room which was very loud. This is after 3 calls. I expected more from a service level on this front.

Luxus pur. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Mega Upgrade erhalten - vom Zimmer zu einem doppelstöckigen Gartenhouse mit Terrasse und Balkon. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, auf Wunsch wird man auch mit einem Golfwagen angeholt und zum Restaurant/Pool/Strand gefahren. Obwohl alles in 1 min erreichbar ist. Wasser klar, Strand phänomenal, alle möglichen Wassersportarten möglich. Generell top! Aber hat seinen Preis. Drink ab 30.-, Abendessen ab 200.- und Weinflasche ab 1500.- aber es lohnt sich!!

The price of your watermelon tray on the beach is outrageously expensive. Clearly your guests are well off as we are able to afford he accommodations, fees, restaurants, etc. However to charge what you do for that is robbery.

The room we had was dated and needs a refurbishment. I suspect the larger villas are newer inside. The setting itself is peaceful and serene and therefore incredibly relaxing. The hotel staff are excellent. Gino in the restaurant and bar was brilliant.

Disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing. The hotel / scene is beautiful, but service standards and food are very low quality. Arriving, we were received by Ellen (I think that was her name), a woman at the front desk, who did not give us one smile, and, when asked how the weather was, replied "you should ask the concierge". There was no service at the pool. No one helping with towels, or waters, or drinks, or anything. Worst pool service we've ever seen. Service at the beach was not much better. We had to stand up and walk to the restaurant to call someone to get us towels or water . On Sunday, when we got into our room at around 3pm, a young man that was supposed to be making our bed was watching formula 1 in our bedroom's tv. We asked them to leave because we needed to change, and the staff took 10 minutes to leave, with the guy still watching TV not even caring we were there. Finally, the food is not good at all, especially for the price. The 200 EUR dinner per person had plates that were CLEARLY microwave heated. A glass was broken for the whole day in one of the pathways to our room - my wife almost cut herself. At the check out time, the same woman (Ellen) was at the front desk. I kindly gave her the negative review, and she did not bother to explain or apologize. Overall, bad experience, especially considering the price of the room and food. Very disappointing, as it was supposed to be one of the best in Sardinia.
