"Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"

"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. The food was fine, but was only limited to one restaurant as the other ones needed to be booked ahead of time and the other two were closed for private events. There’s a...

"At dinner, the staff were literally running to provide service as quickly as they could, but they were seriously understaffed and one meal of 3 courses took 2hrs45min. Most of them remained very friendly, but some were obviously frustrated. This was in low season (May), so we wouldn't have wanted to see what happens when the guest number triples or quadruples! Another thing: the room fridge didn't work- but it was quickly replaced. The food: a few very good dishes, several much too heavy ones....
