"Conveniently located. Staff was always present and friendly. The espresso bar at breakfast was a nice touch. Views from the ocean view rooms were great. If you need support with booking excursions there representative was available all day (even though we did not use the service). Pool towels are 3€ if needed. Can’t wait to stay here again on the last leg of our trip!"

"¡Una experiencia de 10/10! ⭐️ Desde el primer momento, la atención al cliente fue increíble (Damarys fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros). Todo el personal fue súper amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. La cama era cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día largo. En general, quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia. Excelente servicio, comodidad, limpieza, y un trato excepcional. "Everything about this property was top notch. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The outdoor gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Their spa was beautiful with all the amenities you'd want in a spa. The dining options were great and the free breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. The beach was quiet and peaceful. The concierges were knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I hope to return to Rommazino again in the future."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
