"We had a very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2bath suite with large living space and 2 refrigerators. Very quiet even looking out on main street. Helpful bus service to reach the Masjid an-Nabawi, but we walked back because the hotel was quite close. The wifi was excellent also. Staff very helpful and friendly especially when we need to fix a problem in the room, and also authorized us to leave a day early. Good breakfast with several options and freshly cooked eggs. "

"From the online photos, I honestly didn’t expect the hotel to be this beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Even though I booked a room with two beds, the space felt more like a comfortable Airbnb. The layout was spacious, with a separate bedroom behind a door, a huge bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, cozy, and well-kept. The only thing I would note is that the bed was a little firm for my liking, but everything else made up for it. After staying at another hotel that unfortunately ruined part of our Madina experience, it was such a relief to spend our last night here. We finally had a peaceful, comfortable sleep before leaving the city. I’m truly glad we chose this place highly recommended for anyone visiting Madina."

"My stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah was overall excellent. The location is perfect, very close to Masjid An Nabawi, and the staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and quick to respond, especially the front desk and guest relations team who assisted me through WhatsApp. I experienced an issue with the WC in my room, and although maintenance came twice at times when the washroom was busy, the staff handled the situation politely and professionally. Their attitude and willingness to help truly stood out, and I appreciate their efforts. Regarding breakfast, on the first day the options were limited, but the following days showed a clear improvement with better variety and quality. The staff in the restaurant were also very courteous and welcoming. Overall, the clean room, excellent staff, and supportive service made the stay pleasant. I would happily stay again and will recommend the hotel to others, inshā’Allah."
