"Very convenient for station, right next door but still quiet. Good size room with nice view across city to hills beyond. Breakfast a bit disappointing, reasonable choice but quality less good than other Japanese hotels I've stayed in. Slightly irritating system with lifts so that you have to go first to reception, then change lifts for room access"

"Self checkin was smooth and easy. The unit (2 bedrooms and one dining/bathroom on 2nd level) was well laid out and user friendly. The location was great with many eateries nearby. Can walk to Asahikawa station about 10-15 minutes."

"The apartment may look acceptable at first, but cleanliness was a serious issue during our stay. The bed linens smelled used and did not feel freshly washed or changed. We found hair, and the bathroom, especially the bath, had many water marks and looked neglected. When we raised the issue and requested fresh linens, the host asked for photos instead of taking action. You cannot send a photo of a bad smell or fully show that sheets feel used. For a guest accommodation, clean bedding should...
