"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy "

"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had a separate 'T.V' room with a sofa bed for extra guests so learnt of room for 4 adults. If I had to be picky there was only one packet if normal Nescafé coffee. For whatever reason the restaurant closed at 7 pm despite the web site saying 9 pm. Breakfast was really nice - sausages were fabulous."

"Overnight stop to have an early start at Silverstone, and it really didn't disappoint.... clean, friendly, quite and with good parking. For those wanting more than us there was an overnight bar and reception with food offering which lots of guests were using...that you couldn't hear the second you shut the door to your room. All round just what we needed."
