We always stay Club Level and the wonderful Shima - who has been there for 30 years (!) - never fails to make our time in the Club Lounge impeccable. All the Club staff are great, but it is Shima who makes us come back with her next-level service. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and the spa is lovely as well. Will return time and time again.
