Front desk staff was friendly but the rooms need a renovation and new linens. Bed was comfortable but no hand soap at sink area and lighting is horrible. One of the lights kept flickering 😖 Definitely get what you pay for, now I see why it was so inexpensive

We found hair in an eyelash extension in one of the beds. We didn’t notice it until the second night when my husband went to lay down. We got back to the room late so we didn’t tell the front desk. The bedding must not have been changed from the previous people. We were in Room 529.

I have an earthquake phobia, I was going to ask the receptionist (Patrick) about how to assign a higher level room so i would have some idea for my future stays, he instantly insulted me saying ”you should look at the dictionary for what assign is”. I should admit, I have an accent but he had as well, I called their 1-800 customer service and they said they will follow up, they have not, not yet. The room was spacious but the furniture was very old, the cushions on the sofa was ripped into pieces, literally…Also lots of stains…the air coming out of AC was smell musty, which I am very sensitive to air quality…They didn’t have ANY type of butter at breakfast, they also charge for parking, i chose not to park with them. I am not sure if I will stay here again, although I travel to DC area very often, there are plenty other options, HOSTILE customer service ruins the business.
