"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. "Our room got cleaned and we had our medication on the table with our other room key and we got back to our room every thing was gone went to receptiona and said something about it and got a so sorry and all we can do is give us a complementary drink how disgusting is that?
