The breakfast was good. However, they didn't serve grits neither of the two days my family attended breakfast. The hotel was only 16 mins away from the Biltmore Estate which was the reason why we came to Asheville. The mall and places to eat are super close to this hotel, we even made a Walgreens run to pick up some diapers for the twins which was just right up the street. The location was great as far as being close to everything we needed during our stay. In regards to the actual stay, our room did not have her iron even though there was a iron holder. The iron holder was empty and my partner had to request for iron to be brought to our room. It took a while for them to get it to us which put our morning behind a little bit. The floor from the vanity to the bathroom isn't even and I almost tripped my first night there because I didn't realize that I needed to step up to go into the bathroom. The room has recently been renovated, however, the bedspread had a big hole on it that was covered by a blanket throw at the bottom of the bed. The trash cans were too small for the amount of trash my family needed to throw away. The hotel room smelled like a hotel room and the air conditioning unit was pretty loud all the way it did work well and cool the room off to the appropriate temperature that was comfortable for us. We were able to find a kids channel that played cocomelon for our toddlers, which is part of their morning routine. The children enjoyed that very much.

The room was clean and quiet. The grounds were well kept The staff was very helpful in finding somewhere to eat. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh. Location is convenient to where I was going. Would definitely recommend the game

I appreciate the efforts to renew some specifics but the building is old. There is still carpet in the rooms. The three buildings are all two stories and there is no elevators. It is ok but not when you have a large and heavy baggage. The staff and service is ok. The breakfast is ok. Just everything is old, old, old!
