Great stay! Customer service was amazing and the location is in between everything. The only downside were the wash cloth’s were worn and there was no free breakfast when the snow storm hit. All places were closed except the restaurant on site and we had to pay although the weather was beyond our control.

We had a wonderful stay. Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We did not eat at the hotel but I am sure it would have been great it is in the heart of downtown Asheville.

Loved our stay. Would have given 5 stars but water pressure was so low that I actually skipped one shower ! Valet ( Owen ) front desk ( Braden ) and waitress ( Kelli ) were especially great ! Hemmingways restaurant was great also !
