We had a really good experience. Walking distance to the Outlet Center and restaurants. The pool was nice and the breakfast was better than expected. I really liked that their quiet hours were posted and respected while we were there. The workout room could use some attention but we were able to use it for the most part. We have stayed there twice now and were happy with our stay.

The property had an electrical issue which caused the elevators to be out & no lighting in the parking area. We weren’t notified in advance of this issue and my elderly father had a hard time getting to his room due to the elevator outage. The beds were very uncomfortable and feels like the springs are popping out. The pillows were old and bunched up. The overnight stay was less than desirable.

Check in was seamless, I booked the suite with the jetted tub. Upon entering the room ( 414 ) I noticed that it seemed old / not well maintenanced. The ceiling has water damage, the tub had rust & the sheets & pillows had stains on them as if their washer / dryers were old and didn’t work well. I had to request all new linen & towels but the icing on the cake was the roach I spotted in the bathroom ! I contemplated changing hotels but I already stayed one night & only had one more night to go in which I wasn’t going to be in my hotel most of the time anyway. I moved all my stuff to the room above on the 5th floor ( 515 ). That room was significant cleaner ! I’m not sure why they didn’t put us in a room that was better kept in the first place !
