"Very friendly and courteous staff. Our room had a small double and a single bed. For us, one king or superking bed would have been better. Breakfast was good and good value. Couldn't be closer to the Parkway station and good access to the toad network. "

Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!"

"Room clean and well appointed. Had asked for ground floor room as I have mobility issues but not given but was immediately changed when asked about this. My friend was also changed so that we had next door rooms. I was cold during night but following morning was given extra duvet and maintenance came and showed me how to alter heating control. I had highered the bathroom floor heating instead of the room. Lovely continental breakfast. Very satisfied all round."
