"The property is definitely aging. Could have been cleaner in the lobby area I stayed in. At my age I did not appreciate being given a room on the second floor, getting my luggage up and down the stairs. Another issue was all the noise coming off the highway at night. Did not sleep well. Finally got up at 4:30 am and left by 5:15. I won’t book here again ."

"When we arrived the door to the office was locked. A sign on the door said ring the bell for service. I rang the bell for 15 minutes with no one answering. We left. Hotels.com have me no way to cancel so we were charged for a terrible hotel with a lack of service that we did not stay at. Do not use hotels.com or stay at oyo."
