"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"I truly enjoyed my 5 day stay at this hotel. My room was upgraded without additional charges. The staff was friendly, the room attendant kept our room very clean and exchanged our linen and towels as we requested. I had a room with a beach view as well as the hotel pool view. It was very relaxing I do recommend this hotel for a long enjoyable stay."

"The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed.
