"The location is fantastic but the place not so much. First time in a hostel an it was not the best experience. Cockroaches in the restroom, humidity and smelly rooms. Dirty carpets and not so friendly staff. Not good for the price we paid. "

"Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...

"It was a decent place but the hidden fees are not worth it. We had to pay almost 150.00 extra for there parking garage to park there overnight and then a destination charge daily , so what can you do about it once your there you can’t so you just have to pay it . Overall it was ok next time I will look for something closer to the ocean and not have to pay all the extra fees"

"Was slightly tired feeling hotel. Room smelled musty and construction happening across the road. It’s a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets in La Jolla. The location is slightly far from the restaurants in La Jolla. "

"For those of us who do not like the big chain hotels, this Inn was a gem! It was clean, a great location with kind and accommodating staff. The patio ocean view was perfect with stairs to a cove one block away. The pool was clean and warm, and the incredible fragrance of the rose trees greeted us each time we went through the doors into the central garden area. Delightful!"
