Everything was perfect. The staff was lovely. My small issues would be that the rooms aren't soundproof. (you can easily hear the tvs in the room right next to yours)

the pillows in our room were full of hair like if they just flipped the pillow cases, whennthey changed us rooms it was the same things. The young lady in the front was trying to tell us the only way to park there was valet, and the valet man told us that there was another option to park it ourselves. Very weird. Not staying here ever again. Not recommending it to anyone either.

My daughter stayed at this hotel last weekend (Aug. 23-25) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon her late-night arrival, the valet informed her there was no parking available and directed her to a distant parking structure, making her feel unsafe. When she asked if it was safe to park there, the valet hesitated and responded with, "I think," which was far from reassuring. She had to park several floors up in a narrow garage, and the walk back to the hotel was unsettling. The hallway was poorly lit, and the path was so unsafe that she had to step over homeless individuals lying on the sidewalks to avoid walking on the main street. It's concerning that the hotel's website promised valet parking without mentioning it's on a first-come, first-served basis. If alternative parking is required, the hotel should offer to park the car for their guests. The challenges didn’t end there. Accessing the main floor/lobby required a key or waiting for a staff member to open the door, indicating the area may not be safe. Additionally, the bed sheets in her room were filthy, as shown in the attached photos. Spots and stains were visible everywhere, which is unacceptable. Clean sheets should be a basic expectation, and if the staff can't clean them, they should be replaced. Lastly, the "city view" advertised was misleading—her view from the 2nd floor only showed the main street, not a true city view. This entire experience was disappointing, I wont be booking here again
