Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa

"What makes a good resort great is its underlying management culture and ability to manage guest issues. On both aspects, this resort does a wonderful job. Its management ethos is well deployed through the resort without exception. All of the staff are awake and seek to please; genuinely please. We had a few issues which is not the focus of my comments. When issues were raised, the team reacted quickly and the GM proactively involved with issues immediately resolved. This included sincere follow up to ensure we were delighted, and we were. It was clear that upper management was visible every day and that helps to bring the right focus on customer service. These guys get it and should be very proud of the culture they have built and manage."

"We arrived later in the day than planned due to some travel issues and the check in person was really helpful telling us restaurant and room service was still open. He also ordered a taxi for us for early the next morning to get to our flight and suggested making it just after breakfast opens so we could quickly grab a coffee in the morning. We really appreciated his help. However there was a lack of info in the room to obtain room service dinner. We had to go downstairs to take a photo of the restaurant menu and then either go back up and phone for food, or order food while down there!"

"Owner of the hotel was a real gentleman and assisted us with all of our needs including arranging taxi rides to and from Paradise beach (which was wonderful) and to the airport. Breakfast was delicious with freshly baked pastries and the sweetest fresh fruits. Coffee was equally great. Room was large and comfortable."

"We initially booked a 2 bedroom appart but when we checked in we found strange smell. We reported that and we got a bigger 3 bedroom without additional changes. They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises. The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind."

"This hotel is sooo beautifully decorated , you feel you are walking in a magazine fir interior decorators! Highly recomnended. Beautiful staff. Evn the tiny swimming pool is a uniwue experience not to be missed."
