"Nothing in the booking or description notified us that the room was in a basement. Not a walk-out, mind you but a full well below grade basement. We're surrounded by a beautiful valley and fall colors; and no exterior views. And we had to walk thru the service corridor to get to our car, jockeying around laundry carts and cleaning staff. Beyond disappointed..."
