The owners were extremely helpful and made sure to make our stay was comfortable as possible on any need (I.e. parking, water bottles, taxi at the port). "Outstanding Stay! Our room was spotless and even came with our own little balcony, which made it extra special. Although we didn’t initially include breakfast, the staff went above and beyond on my partner’s birthday by arranging a complimentary breakfast – a delicious spread – along with a chocolate mousse cake. They even sang happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. A special mention also goes to the lovely hair conditioner provided (a small detail, but appreciated!)...

"The property/views were amazing at this hotel. I found the staff were not knowledgeable about the property and surroundings. They did not know about a secluded beach located across the road for example. Service, although very friendly, was really slow. The restaurant did not have half of the menu and again, very slow service."

Unfortunately, we were given a 7 x 10 foot bedroom without a phone and we could not even open our travel bags without putting them on the floor. We raised the problem and they offered to change rooms but we had already gotten settled and had to get up at 4 AM to catch a flight the next day, so declined. Note the hotel may be 15 miles or so from the airport. Great hotel but make sure your room is full sized and suits your needs."

"If there is a way to give more than five stars, we would have. Thoroughly enjoyed the facility, and the staff was one of the best we ever dealt with. Helpful and friendly every step of the way. Great suggestions for meals in the city and places and beaches to see. The only knock I would have against the facility, was the public hot tub was not functioning as a hot tub. It was cold water. Seemed odd considering how great the pool area/bar was and how helpful the staff was. I’m chalking it up to...
