Clean property. Friendly staff. Looks absolutely gorgeous but actually a little 'tired'. Room needed extra heating, TV was in an odd place, had to get staff to bring a remote control, very small toiletries. Bathroom mirror so high, I could only see my eyes. Lovely room over looking the city garden although it was not cheap. The buffet breakfast was disappointing though all the food was only luke warm. The bar area is lovely and the drinks we found reasonably priced.
