Brand new building. Comfortable and very clean. Had kitchen & laundry machine. Only disappointed was the swimming pool was closed for the month. Had I known I would have booked their other properties. Hotels.com did not update the amenities availability.

I spent my first couple of days at a real hotel. This is a group of empty condos that they rent. The young women at the desk are nice but know nothing at all. The biggest problem I had was that I had reserved through the 23rd and they seemed to think that meant that morning. I have never had that at a hotel. If I pay for the 23rd, I assume I get to stay through the 23rd. Since if I just booked for the 23rd I couldn't get in until 3 pm, right? Then they gouged me at the desk for the day and I will be moving tomorrow and complaining to Expedia.
