"I was very pleased by the way i was treated by the staff of "The Zen wellness resort" to which MGM is affeliated. The staff at Zen are extremely polite, welcoming, helpful, and professional. I'd like to specifically appreciate Amel, Ghada, Marina, and Ahmed at "The Zen", and Sally (The Yoga/meditation instructor) for their professional and excellent manner. "Stayed here the night before starting a Nile Cruise. It's an unusual experience-the transfer from the airport eventually puts you in a tuk-tuk to get you there! And we had to take a boat to transfer to our cruise. It feels rustic, but in a good way. Staff very attentive, but not much english speaking. Rooms were simple but comfortable."
