"Our stay was great! Between the day we arrived and the day we left, we interacted with the employee Sabrina. She was helpful, cheery, and fun to talk to. Our room's kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast. The bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch.
Having self-service laundry on the premises was good too. Akaroa is easily walkable, and this hotel made a good base."

"Very nice stay. Lovely big comfy bed. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. Staff very friendly. Only comment was that when we asked how to get the rugby on the tv channel, they weren't able to help and said to go over to the pub, which we did and saw it there, but maybe something that could be checked."

"The staff were very helpful and polite.
We stayed in a Superior double room. The room was okay but the bathroom was not ok. Shower curtain and a very confined space for the toilet - which was rather odd. No hand towel supplied.
Very limited supply of tea/coffee etc
We felt a bit ripped off for the money we paid."
