"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. "This place is huge - the opposite of cozy. But if you can ignore the cruise liner atmosphere, it's a great value. The rooms are large with magnificent views, and the onsens are beautiful. Both breakfast and dinner are included, and though it's all a bit over the top, it's buffet so you can eat what you want. One day was enough for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it."
