"No one made me mad. There was a broken side table that I reported as soon as I got to my room, that didn’t get repaired/replaced during my six day stay, but there’s a Dole Whip machine in the lobby cafe, and that makes up for a lot."

"Let’s start with this being a $325 room in RENO. When I walked in the room, it had an odd smell. It turns out there was an unflushed turd in the toilet. Then I left quickly to report to the front desk and the elevator got stuck with me in it for 10 minutes. They offered lounge access as the “apology.” ..."

"Everything was under one roof you need excellent check in and check out arrived in the am and we got our room right away that was a bonus house keeping could vacuum the floor not sure if that’s only inbetween guests or what the policy is for that all in all for the hotel it was a descent price ."
