"The room and property was nice and clean. Loved the antiques or antique looking furniture! I think they should have towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door, but other than that, the room was great! The location was also nice being on the water and near to other businesses.
My only real complaint was with the staff. When we first tried to check in an hour early, I was first made to wait. When someone finally helped me I was met with a "check in isn't until 3" with an attitude of I should know better than to ask. She did look up our room and said it wasn't ready. There was zero smile, zero apology, etc.
When we did check in, and there was a line, this same woman stood there and did not help the other woman get us checked in and she made zero eye contact with any of the guests waiting in line. The woman who DID check us in did not smile either, but she did offer info and was sort of friendly.
If you want hospitality, this wasn't the place."
