The only thing for me was being mobility challenged and not having a restaurant on site. That said, they did offer room service which was great! We found the bed a bit hard but were tired enough to still sleep. The staff & hotel itself was great!

Very Outdated Hotel

There is no way this property is an 8.6. People must be getting confused with the Theoxenia Palace property across the street. This hotel is very dated, it was a beautiful building back in the day but that day was 20 years ago. There are no services in the building but you can go across the street to the nice hotel for pool, restaurant, spa which is insanely inconvenient. The neighborhood and location is great.

I had high hopes for this unique old school property. The neighborhood is upscale, walkable, and felt safe. Not the most friendly checkin, wasn’t looking for best friends but a bit more pleasant would have been nice. It was great that there is parking below the hotel, and sort of exciting to navigate the tight spaces to get into auto elevator. Unfortunately the beds were hard as a rock, and the room, with a lovely balcony, faced a busy street with intermittent motorcycles, sports cars, loud trucks etc all through the night. I probably won’t book again cause there’s other hotels in the neighborhood that look a bit nicer and quieter.

Good stay

Great hotel but baths were difficult/dangerous to climb into. Plus the shower head hit me in the back when I turned the water off. Some bathroom modifications are needed. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Needs basic touches

They only had 3-4 ironing boards to be shared with the two other sister hotels. I requested one and had to remind them three times before finally got one 2 hrs later. By then I was stressed out as I was late for a wedding

I had never been to Kifisia before and I very much enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and the great selection of shopping, restaurant choices, bars and services. There are so many beautiful large homes in the wooded upscale neighbourhood around the hotel. The lower suite I stayed in was massive at 100 sq metres, with a massive bathroom, full queen bed and a cot, perfect for a family of 3 travelling and more than I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very rich as well with a massive soaker tub fit for 2 people. Staff was excellent and the included breakfast in the larger Theoxenia Palace hotel was appreciated with lots of choices and great coffee options. I'm very pleased that I picked Theoxenia House Hotel for my first nights stay in Greece to see this unique area.
