"Very nice hotel with beautiful indoor and outdoor dinning areas. Comfortable and modern rooms with plenty of space. Curtains open when entering room with key card in place. Most lights controlled with wall and bedside buttons. All of the hotel is quite clean and with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Easy check-in and checkout. Convenient to airport and hotel shuttle is accessible on the hour throughout the day. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."
