Check the sheets early

Good thing a washer and dryer were included. The sheets had not been cleaned from the last visitor. They reeked of his aftershave or cologne. Check the bedding as soon as you arrive.

Great location but the condo facilities and elevators always smelled like marijuana. Beds were uncomfortable and linens were disappointing.

Parking issues upon arrival were not adequately explained before hand, though the owners book better addressed parking after we got in the unit. The check in process was flawed, we got no answer to get buzzed into the building. Fortunately a resident let us through the security doors so we were able to get to the room and use the code to get in. The person letting us in said that he saw our situation a lot.., never the less, it was frustrating for us. The building is more like college student housing than an upscale condo.... the hallways smelled of a myriad of odors, a bit offsetting.

Just an amazing place. Beautifully decorated, extra clean,. Provided extra clean towels and sheets. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Check in was hassle free

Better instructions on how to use the digital lock would be of great help. There was a lever inside the lock that had to be kept in a certain position otherwise the lock will remain open even after shutting the door. This was raised to the management team and neither clear instructions or locking the door for me where provided.

Not the best area. Pictures are NOT the apartment you stay in. Building smelled and I’m guessing from garbage shutes on every floor. Dirty. There was a crumb of food or something in between sheets and bedding.

Spacious and clean

This apartment gave our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) plenty of space...to be together at times but also to be apart when needed. It was very clean upon arrival and very comfortable for our entire stay. We enjoyed being in the city and close to many Atlanta attractions.

Probably not again...

Don't like the idea that anyone with the code can come into your apartment while you're not there. Pretty sure somebody came in two days while I was out. Lights I had left on (so I didn't come home to dark) were off when I returned from my day. Not a comfy feeling. Very noisy & bright. Need light blocking curtains.

Good location

Getting into the building was difficult. Many calls to CA for help, there system had a lot of trouble connecting and opening the doors. Our apartment smelled horribly of smoke. (smoke free apartment?) The furniture was spars and cheep, the bed was very uncomfortable. Not even a chest of drawers for clothes only a small shelf. The kitchen was in good order and well equipped and a nice table. The only reason we would stay there again is it is secure, nice kitchen, good wifi and a good location. Hotels.com actually had it 5 blocks north near the heart of mid town. But the walk was not bad. (do not use the side streets, lots of beggars and homeless)

I was on an upper story. The ceiling was unfinished and cracks in concrete showed signs of leaks. There was visible black mold where ceiling intersected walls. An uninsulated drain pipe over bed is very noisy in the rain...ceiling downspout. Bathrooms are VERY small!

it is right on Peach st. downtown Atlanta and it is a ok location, you are just about 5 min or less from the aquarium , the world of Coca Cola attractions there is around the building some sort of a homeless people shelter and you will be seeing homeless people but relax they dont bother you, the mattress on both rooms need an update they old in overall the place is ok you do not have contact with the apartment building at all everything is arrange by phone or e mail, since i guess the owners just rent their property thru. this rental company. only thing I don't like is the parking fees if you want to park in the building lot I think it should be included since you are renting the condo you should have a space available in the property you have the option to park right beside the building on a public parking lot but it is not monitored for safety and is not fenced.

Loved my stay!

Awesome location, clean apartment! Great detailed instructions and it was so nice having parking. Very professional host. I couldn't find an iron/steamer. If this is not part of apartment, would be helpful for business guests during the week. Great personal touches in bathroom that were similar to hotel (i.e. face wipes, clean towels, toothbrush, etc)

My biggest complaint about this property is that the pictures listed are not actual pictures of the apartment you will rent. We rented two apartments and neither one looked anything like what was pictured on the website. We were very disappointed because the rental was a lot smaller then what was pictured and not laid out at all like you saw on the website.The apartment was centrally located which made it very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go in the city. It was Thanksgiving break so it was very quiet and not a lot of activity in the building. The common areas were clean and inviting. The security was excellent, with three locked doors to go through before you could even get to the elevators to go to your floor. This made it feel very safe and secure. The apartments were clean with some wear you expect to see from something that is rented out so often. Bathrooms are tiny and not at all what was pictured, but they are set up nicely to accommodate. The kitchen was again smaller then what was pictured but had a good supply of appliances and cooking/dining items. The floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms were beautiful. They had a direct view into the rooms at Emory hospital, so not the best view, but the street below was pretty and had trees with beautiful fall colors. I would recommended paying the fee for a guaranteed, gated parking spot. Overall I would recommend this apartment, I would just ask that the rental company be honest with their pictures.
