The stay was satisfactory. The location is great! Check-in was a little delayed because the front desk attendant was not familiar with where the keys to the unit (via Global Luxury Suites Midtown Atlanta) are kept. After a few calls to management, the attendant reached out to another associate who know where the keys are kept. Only one key fob was given, which made it challenging since there were two adults who would not always be together during the trip. But we adjusted and made it work. Once in the unit, the room was nicely decorated and welcoming. The unit was well maintained but showed a few signs of normal wear & tear (i.e. chipped paint on doors/walls. However, we discovered certain amenities/creature comforts were missing. There was no coffee maker. There was only one set of bath towels for use (for two people). There were no extra garbage bags, no dishwashing liquid, no paper towels (the existing roll only had three sheets left). The bed, while comfortable, only had the comforter and the fitted sheet, no flat sheet. I made a call to customer service, and the associate took a list of the missing items and said housekeeping would deliver them the next morning, stating they would knock first but if not there, they'd let themselves in to leave the items. None of the items were ever delivered. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, as we did not spend much time in the room. Would we stay again? Yes, but hope the experience will be better/different than this time.
