This was such an amazing hotel! All of the staff we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and caring. The valet team was especially wonderful and genuine during each interaction. The location is ideal and close to all things Atlanta. Getting to hot spots like Top Golf and Atlantic Station was easy. Piedmont Park is just down the street and there are about a million restaurant and bars within a 1 block radius. The only amenity I felt left something to be desired was the pool. It was pretty cold even with the outside temperature in the 90s. I had to get out because the water was just too cold for me. Whether you’re visiting Atlanta for the first time or are a returning visitor, this is where you want to stay!

The property needs common up keep. The seating in the front patio has a lot of dips in the padding so it is not comfortable. The room had a smell of moth balls is the best way to explain the smell. Almost like a leak had been present before and it left an odor. The bed had a dip in it and was not comfortable. My husband and I stayed only one night. The spa was nice but they do hassle you to buy products even when saying no. That we did not like We won’t be staying here again. It is not for us.

This a very modern and comfortable hotel, however there are areas needing improvement including the lack in housekeeping that we experienced (we were missed three days in a row), a pretty outdated pool areas that is somewhat lacking in entertainment (you could barely hear the pool music), there were limited in-room amenities (you had to pay for the bottled waters and there is no microwave not even in the lobby). The attached eatery and food options is exceptional and the 2nd floor bar at the eatery is very grown and sexy (this was a plus). The parking staff was very friendly, attentive, and always professional, so was the front desk crew. A big minus on this review is that we were assigned a handicap accessible room, which means everything in the room is low to the floor, including the toilet and bed. This made sleeping very uncomfortable and made findibg comfort in the room a challenge. Overall, i would rate the hotel and my experience a solid 3 out of 5.
