With enough info first, this can be a great stay

Good location, with walking distance to grocery shop and restaurants. great common area with swimming pool and fitness room. But much noise from the motorway. You really need earplugs in the night! And read the arrival instructions very carefully if you arrive after office hours!

Where to begin....

We arrived late at night so we were very tired and trying to figure out this place was very difficult. We were not clear on where to park but found the parking garage. After driving around a few times we drove to the exit to speak with the parking attendant. Thankfully he and the security guard were very helpful.The security guard took us to the floor that had the keys but nothing seemed to work. An hour later we finally figured out the key situation only to have another problem arise. The key dongle didn't work so we could not get up to our floor. Again the security guard was very nice and was able to get us to our floor- but we would not be able to leave as our keys didn't work. The next morning we called the leasing office in the building but were told they couldn't help. Called the 800 number provided and they eventually were able to get the leasing office to help us. By this time we are now several hours late for our meeting and exhausted (3am bedtime). After our meeting and back to the apartment that evening we realized that we did not have any toilet paper as we only were provided with half a roll. I called to complain but was told it was our problem as they supply a full roll and the rest is up to us- there was not a full roll! The place is stark and not that comfortable! I was glad to be in meetings all day. Noisy as you can clearly hear the cars outside. Dogs and lots of people noise late at night. Would I stay again...NEVER!

Staff was very nasty.

I called and ask to stay an additional night and was told no problem. They told me they would send additional conformation that day. Did not get it and called next day. I got a recording they were having phone problems. I sent an email and that bounced. When I did get someone was told Okay. Manager called me and was rude and nasty. He told me he would send statement on additional day. After 4 days still no paperwork. Terrible experience!

Couldn't expect more!

Great location, walking distance to CNN and World of Coca cola and there is an Uber drop off/pick up point in front of the building, The building is very safe and quiet. The apartment has everything I need, including cooking equipment, wine cooler and laundry machine. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Atlanta in the further.

Nice apartment downtown

Woundful veiw and very nice clean rooms. Big enough for 6 with comfort. Free parking and easy access to anywhere in Atlanta. Very nice staff. Has kitchen with stove microwave and fridge.

office at oakwodd-Atlanta

there was no staff on site to assist me, i had to follow the instructions in the lockbox. The area was very secured, i loved the security of the building, made me feel safe. Everything was fine, they need to show a map to the dispensary when checking out of the apartment, it took me over 5 minutes and I kept passing it by, before I could throw my trash away. so i think that would be helpful, if you include a map to the trash chute. Also, one roll of toilet paper is not enough, i think two rolls would have sufficed. But overall, i loved the view, the settings, the cleaningness of the apartment.

Oakwood at the Office......Amazing

The apartment was spotless and very modern. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and walk in wardrobe space. The living and kitchen area were bright and well equipped. The size of the whole apartment was more than ample for my family of four adults

Nice place downtown

Arrived around 5pm ( check in was after 3) . I got all the instructions via email , remember these are apartments ,NO hotel . But the staff n charge of it was very nice answer all my questions and got a phone number which i can call anytime if I have any issues . They don’t have a front desk or office there. After I got there I was confused to get to my apt building . That place it’s like a maze, got lose for a second , the Hilton it’s just next door , but the building very secure . At the apt the place was very clean . Only one bad thing only one Roll of toilet paper, cleaning people forgot to leave some or idk , no a big deal . Anyway check out was quick too. Only issue was trying to get out of parking deck, A lady helped us !

Top of My List!!!

Loved this place. My boyfriend and I did not want to live, but cannot wait to come back. We loved being able to open the blinds and windows and watch the sunrise and watch night fall. The city looks better at night. Loved the gym, loved the small gaming room, loved that I could go downstairs and get Starbucks and I love that we had our privacy. The only thing I would say is that they might consider boosting their cleaning routine. Dishes had lipstick stains from previous guest and it was slightly dusty in the living room. But overall I cannot wait to come back. I've been gone for 2 days and I miss it so much

Oakwood Stay

The Oakood was AWESOME! It is conveniently located next to the Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt downtown, you can walk through the hotels without going outdoors. The room is superb and up to date, the location is convenient as it has a parking lot and Lyft and Uber stop outdoors. I mostly walked and caught a Lyft when I went out. It is perfect if you want to stay in as it has a full kitchen and eating space as well as a living room. Great choice for long weekends and extended stays.

Luxurious and Spacious

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Oakwood. The apartment space was exceptional, well beyond my initial expectations. The apartment is fully furnished, from the living room and full kitchen, down to the pots, pans and mugs. It has everything you need! Stainless steel appliances, water and ice machines attached to the fridge... coffee maker... even a washer and dryer that is ready to use (no coins needed). My fiance and I occupied a 2 bedroom apartment for four days, which was just perfect. It had two FULL bathrooms, huge walk in closet spaces... It was just beautiful! I don't think I want to lodge anywhere else except Oakwood at the Office! The building itself is attached to a Hilton hotel, which is no distraction to Oakwood... because it's a lock and key for just about every door! There's an awesome lounge space that includes a keurig to make coffee or tea.... a large workout room with the same capacities as a gym, with a variety of equipment. The outdoor pool is spacious and has cabanas and umbrellas for relaxation under the sun. This was by far the best place I've ever stayed at.

Great apartment/Great location

We had a fabulous experience! Oakwood at the office was perfect for our family of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment for the week at a great price. Nice amenities such as a pool and free game room as well as access to many downtown places within easy walking distance.

Convenient location. Attached to the Hilton Hotel, but has its own amenities such as grills, a pool and a fire pit. Dedicated parking for The Office residents, don't have to struggle to find a space in the hotel's self parking area. Each apartment has their own WiFi Router, so speeds are not slowed by people streaming.
