me and my girlfriend stayed here for an atlantic city trip and we absolutely loved it, this hotel is a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk and surrounding restaurants

While the staff at this location was easygoing and helpful, the property itself is in desperate need of a renovation. We encountered issues with the toilet and TV in our first room; thankfully, the front desk moved us immediately without resistance. However, the building feels like it’s falling apart—we actually saw debris fall from the ceiling in a hallway, and it remained there until we checked out the next day. While the rooms were technically "clean," the furniture was heavily damaged and dated. The breakfast area was also disappointing; The breakfast drink dispensers looked questionable, so we skipped them. Finally, be aware that parking is not free ($25 fee). We’ve stayed at this chain across the country, but this is definitely their weakest location.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs on our back and body. We tossed & turned all night. Other then that everything was clean and good.

The staff member at check in greeted us, and was very nice. The hallways were clean. The room was dated, and the bathroom was really gross. Mold, hair from previous occupants in the shower, and no hand-soap, shampoo or body wash. The bed was clean and linens laundered. The area surrounding the hotel is not great. Its an easy walk to the board walk and casinos but there were open drug deals happening, and other suspect individuals hanging out near the front door and in the parking lot. Parking was limited - but our car was safe/fine.

The stay wasn’t too bad. A remodel would be nice. Hallways to rooms is very small. The area is sketchy. Breakfast was good it’s located on the second floor. Staff were okay rooms could be clean a lot better. Maybe not do white sheets anymore they don’t look clean and it made me not want to sleep on them. But overall served it purpose. Also please make sure all site are advertising the $25 a night parking.

Scary part of town, but a clean room

Staff was nice, room was clean, area around hotel was scary. Sometimes, someone who didn't belong in the hotel would wander in. Getting off the elevator in the morning, someone who looked homeless and later was walking the street, wished me a Happy Veteran's Day and Viva Las Vegas, it's September and we are in NJ. Security could have been better.

rooms were fairly clean and didn't have that old musty smell that the cheaper motels have. free continental breakfast. workers were chill and easy going, things went smoothly. very good budget option, i'd go out and say maybe the best budget option.

This Best Western is well kept, and the staff is friendly and supportive. In truth, the area outside in the evening is not the best. I saw a street walker with her pimp trying to get someone to go with her, but I heard the gentleman she was pursuing say, NO THANKS in a very polite manner. As for the breakfast, it meets the needs of early morning sustenance, but it could use some cheese or croissants to round out the selection. Over all, I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this place to Atlantic City travelers if they aren't afraid of a little bit of dicey behavior outside after dark. I usually stay down the street at the Inn of the Irish Pub, but that place is closed from Labor Day until July 4th weekend. It's a historic old speakeasy that I have been going to for over 30 years and has a sentimental place in my heart. Best Western in Atlantic City is my alternate choice whenever I go there and the Inn is closed. I would like to send KUDOES to the staff in AC. Please tell them I have come away with a good visit, and this was not my first stay at Best Western. It was just an additional good one!

Safe place/oasis in middle of urban blight. Walk is a bit far to Hard Rock at night. Car will be safe in back parking lot and there when you get up to leave. Clean room and can sleep through the night.

Even though our stay at the Best Western was brief it was great. The price was reasonable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is only 5 min. from the Boardwalk Hall. The parking was tight and not much of it but that was minor.

Economical room for an AC night

Great cheap find and short walk from the Atlantic City boardwalk or $10 Uber ride!! Room and linens were clean. Staff was friendly.

My honest review. The pros and the cons. Pro: The staff was really friendly and helpful. They serve a real breakfast not coffee and donuts.The black out curtains worked very well. Conveniently located six minutes from the beach. The hair dryer was very powerful. The cons: the bathroom door wouldnt shut evenly. Everytime the generator shut off the television would momentarily do the same. The hotel on some nights was very loud. Overall a good experience i will return.
