Our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the amenities and overall upkeep. The refrigerator in our room was not working when we arrived and had to be replaced. The AC also was not working properly, and after several calls to maintenance, they eventually came and changed the filters. These are things that really should be checked and taken care of before guests check in. We also tried ice machines on multiple floors and they were all out of order. The Expedia listing mentioned access to filtered water, but when I asked the front desk, I was told there was actually nowhere to refill water, so we had to purchase bottled water instead. The hallways also did not feel very clean. I understand that the property is pet friendly, but having carpet throughout the hallways seems to make unpleasant odors linger, which definitely affects the overall feel of the property. I will say that the refrigerator was eventually replaced and worked fine afterward, maintenance did address the AC, and management reviewed my concerns and offered compensation (under $200), which I appreciated. The staff communicating through text were polite and responsive. However, overall there were too many maintenance issues, unavailable amenities, and cleanliness concerns for the stay to feel smooth or match what was advertised.

The room wasn’t bad it was clean but generic basically three hotels room turned to a 2 bedroom “condo”. The reason why we picked to stay there was for the kid friendly atmosphere with having an indoor water park and arcade. I would stay again but what you pay as to what you get needs some attention. Our room had no view of the ocean. All in all we had a good time the room worked for us would definitely stay there again.

My family and I liked the property, and the location is very convenient since it is close to many places. The room itself was good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. There was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which we really did not appreciate—especially because this was a family trip and we expected a more comfortable environment inside the hotel. Another important thing to mention is that the waterpark is not included, even though there is a picture showing a pool. Also, there is no pool in the hotel. The elevator even has a sign indicating a pool on the 6th floor, but there is no pool there, which can be confusing. Overall, the location and room were good, but these details should be clearer for guests.

They don’t show the fine print until after you book the room the walls were all chipped up residue of w.e on the walls.. I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday by taking her to the indoor water park was the only convenience for us! No ice machines can barely make noise felt like we were in a prison! it reminds me of an assistant living. Guess that’s what I get for trying to find a room last minute for the weekend

This is a great place to stay if you have children. The arcade is a ton of fun and great for everybody. They also have roller skating available as well as go-karts. The beach is steps away from the entrance. They also have the waterpark attached to the showboat. We decided not to go to that and still had a great time.

Spring break

The arm of the couch/fulton (that no one would want to sleep on, it’s not comfortable) was broke and the utensils wasn’t completely cleaned but put away as if they were. It’s a good place if you’re traveling with family due to the size of the place. You’re not staying in the hotel it’s a Airbnb inside of the hotel so there’s no going to the front desk if you have a problem you have to text or call a number that you’re giving. Overall the place was nice, great location and so many things to do right in the building. We’ll definitely be returning.
