Customer service is lackluster and the people in charge of them are worse I was charged for a shuttle that Expedia said was free They didn't honor the Expedia price I was given the runaround after I called to try to clear things up

5 stars is probably too much. A solid 4-star resort. The all-inclusive package has several limitations. The property is beautiful and basically brand new, but there are a few areas that could be improved. For example, the room towels already show signs of wear. The air conditioning also does not ...
