Staying at this hotel for 4 nights was great. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food at both the breakfast buffet and Max's was exceptional. I have been to hotel's like the Fairmont Kea Alani and although you don't get the ocean views you still sense the Aloha spirit.

Immaculate room. Easy check in and nice staff. The only thing that would have made it Gen better would be having a fridge in the room. Great location and an easy drive to Carmel and Big Sur. Recommended.

My stay was great. However there was a stain on one of the beds in the double queen bedroom. I of course slept on the bed that wasnt stained. Overall the stay was pleasant, I felt safe and the room and bedding smelled freshly cleaned.

The breakfast was very good! I stayed 3 nights and had to switch rooms on my 2nd night, the 2nd room had know shampoo and the sliding door was broken and the fridge door was also broken.. its been a week and a half and I still haven't got my two deposit back yet? There was a car that was broken into ...
