Being rated four stars, I expected more than was available. Small towels for shower, only coffee machine with two capsules, no kettle, only one bottle of water per room. I thought the appearance was fine but let down by lack of ‘little extras’ that make a big difference. Would I stay again - No.

It’s a PARADISE ! If you want to be at peace in a 4 stars hotel where the old is beautifully mixed with the new and if you want to make an experience of fine dining in a 5 stars restaurant where the chef is one of the best , do not hesitate to choose this hotel . Nature at his best and and a mixt of luxury and simplicity !

Disappointed

We were disappointed, mostly because the room was freezing cold, and remained that way throughout our stay. The temperature was controlled by reception for some strange reason, but even turned up full, it didn’t warm the place sufficiently. There were no robes, slippers, washcloths, coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner, kettle. In short, not worthy of being called a privilege room in a four star hotel. The staff were polite but disinterested

Sofort wieder!

Ein super schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Landschaft vor den Toren von Auch. Moderne raffinierte architektonische Planung gewährt jedem Gast auf Terrasse oder Balkon die Privatsphäre die man gern möchte. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, extrem geschmackvoll und äußerst großzügig mit sehr bequemen Bett. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Küche im Restaurant, Spitzenqualität vom Feinsten, eine Weinkarte die das Herz höher schlagen läßt und das zu moderaten Preisen! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit! Alles einfach super. Das noch drei Esel auf dem riesigen Gelände die sicher hier das Paradies gefunden haben!

Un bel endroit dans les collines de verdure. Arrangé avec soin ou tout à était pensé pour s’y sentir bien.le personnel fait preuve de bienveillance et de professionnalisme Les chambres sont agréables , le restaurant est excellent. Les Animaux du domaine sont adorables. Le spot est photogénique à souhait. Les cérémonies perdures au travers d’arbres plantés en l’honneur des invités ou une ardoise identifie les prénoms des couples. À y séjourner avec plaisir

Beau domaine, mais services décevants

Magnifique complexe, à l'écart de la ville. La chambre est correcte, la literie confortable. Les rideaux occultent mal la lumière extérieure. L' insonorisation est faible, on entend trop les bruits de la chambres du dessus, heureusement que la personne n'était pas une couche tard. Pas de café, pas de bouilloire, pas de mini bar. J'ai retrouvé des chaussettes du précédent occupant sur la chaise du bureau. Le petit déjeuné est à 19 euros, pour ce prix je m'attendais a mieux. Je suis peut-être mal tombé, c'est étonnant pour un quatre étoiles.

Jolie mais attention au service.

Hôtel très jolie et bien décoré. Le service a été un peu long, aussi bien pour l'accueil que pour le room service. On devait m appeler pour me proposer une boisson, mais cela n est jamais arrivé, pas de téléphone en chambre pour joindre quelqu un (heureusement, minibar présent). Le repas était très bon. Bonne adresse mais attention au service.
