The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Cooking and laundry facilties . Close to the main areas of the town. The neighbourhood was quiet as well. Parking was provided for a fee but there was Wilson parking cheaper near by.

Spacious room, staff were very helpful during our stay. Negatives were the property is very tired, thread bare carpets, appliances in room were old and in need of replacement and our aircon unit had the wires ripped out so it was very hot

The staff were amazing, helpful and super kind. The rooms were not clean, I had a cockroach in my room above my bed whilst trying to sleep. And the parking is horrendous. I witnessed a lady almost roll her car back and crash it while trying to get it out of the very tight, steep underground parking.

Olivia on reception was outstanding. There were issues with our pre-booked parking space being occupied and she sorted out efficiently and confidently. Great location for the hospital too. Room was a little shabby, carpet needs replacing, but overall great value for money and would recommend.

The room is in great condition, the parking lot is terrible, narrow hard to maneuver in and out of. The steep grass sometimes the car could not make it up without screeching the wheel

I have to admit, I was dubious he would remember- they were busy. To my delight when I came down to checkout, the taxi was already waiting.

Great location, nice spacious rooms, modern. There were a few broken light fixtures in our room and the towel rail was behind the dryer but otherwise amazing. The onsite parking is underground and it was a bit of a tight fit but fantastic to have a convenient parking location.
