clean and central

The room was very spacious and clean, good kitchen facilities. In the absence of aircon, the electric fan was a life-saver. Could not keep windows open, as there is plenty of noisy restaurants below. Easy self-check-in. Good location with walking distance to railway station, sights, and facilities. Loved the selection of tv-channels!

This is a wonderful concept. So much so that I became a member of the brand. It really is a great quality hotel at a great price. It’s for the pragmatic traveler such as myself. I don’t need a staff at the hotel. The concept of online access is brilliant and I was provided with everything I needed. Well done!

This is remote check-in and everything is independent. It's very close to the main areas with many restaurant, drinks, and coffee options. Close to all transportation and the trains in Augsburg are free so easy to get around. They will restock you if you need but I didn't need to. It had a small kitchenette with dishes etc if you need but there's many local options. Downfall is water gets everywhere in the shower as it's a huge floor drain that drains to the middle where there's no glass. Plus is they have a big floor fan which is nice for sleeping.

Horrible.

Truly horrible check-in procedure (took 2 hours going from one webpage to another and another and another and another and so on), small room (20m2?), NO heating, terrible customer service. Entrance smells of paint, and at 09:00 they wake you up with 2 pings to give you an advice you have to leave the flat at 11:00 - incredible.

Großes geräumiges Studiappartment. Zentral gelegen in der Fußgängerzone. Check In hat reibungslos geklappt. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir hatten extra nach einer Unterkunft mit Kochmöglichkeit gesucht - der Herd hat leider nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Das ist natürlich ärgerlich.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville, confortable notamment la literie excellente et propre. L’enregistrement et l’accès entièrement dematérialisés nous a un peu posé problème. Deux désagréments : une de nos chambres sentait fortement le tabac et une alarme assourdissante s’est déclenchée à 9 heures 30 ce matin pendant au moins une demi-heure.

Im gesamten ein guter Aufenthalt

Es gibt keine Reinigung während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Zimmer 102 hat Aussicht auf die Annastrasse, Fussgängerzone. Bei offenem Fenster ist es nachts ziemlich lärmig. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut, wie beschrieben. Bett bequem. In der Dusche fehlt eine Duschkabinen-Türe, somit spritzt das Wasser auch in den Trockenbereich.

Hotels.com sollte vermieden werden. Grosse Abzocker und in der digitale Welt gar nicht hilfreich. Verbunden mit fragwürdige Telefondienste, die Credit Card details wissen möchte. Das Hotelkette selber kann ich nicht bewerten, so weit kam es nicht.

Super zentral gelegen, ruhig... Scheint alles recht neu zu sein. Grosse Dusche.. Wirklich echt gemütliches Plätzle..

Dålig service, ingen ac, relativt dyrt

Dåligt service, frågade om nya lakan då våra var smutsiga när vi kom fick svar att de kan komma med nya dagen efter. Billigt renoverade lägenheter. Ingen ac bara en fläkt så antingen fick man sova i en bastu eller öppna fönstret och lyssna på lastbilar kl 06.00 på morgonen. För några extra slantar hade man kunnat bo på ett hotell med trevlig personal och ac. Dumsnålt att välja detta boende visst lite billigare men mycket sämre

Das Hotel ist gut, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur das online einchecken, mit verschiedenen Codes etc. war sehr kompliziert. Als ich dann vor dem Hotel stand und den Code eingab, ging nichts. Ich hatte zum Glück eine Telnr., da rief ich an, man gab mir einen anderen Code, dann ging es. Das müsste einfacher gemacht werden.

Leider wurde mir mein Zugangs pin nicht zugesendet. Die Hotline konnte nicht helfen und die Reise wurde auch nicht erstattet. HÄNDE WEG, wer nicht eine Stunde auf der Straße warten will nur um dann ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

Fijne plek, midden in de gezellige stad. Niet ver van station , zodat je veel met de trein kan ondernemen. Goede gezellige eet en drinkgelegenheden op loopafstand.
