"Great stay! Location is fantastic"

"The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very secure. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the shopping district. The only hang up was the included breakfast. The breakfast included with our stay had many pastries and packages of gluten free and vegan pastry options. When my wife tried to take a few of them for the road (about 10 euros worth), she was scolded by a young girl in the breakfast area that they were not for take away. This infuriated my wife and made the stay less enjoyable. For your information, we paid for the breakfast and we will eat it where we please. Nothing in the literature for the hotel stated that we could not take what we wanted from the breakfast area or that it had to be eaten in the breakfast area. Stop being cheap and rude. It hurts your overall guest experience. I would have given five stars across the board if not for this very rude and foolish interaction."

"In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach. Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in messages such as room 102 is found on the 3rd floor. We also never got the access code/Bluetooth access for the front door to ever work and used one of the buildings buttons to open the front door. Again. The unit was very nice and quiet. A easy walk to the beech and a VERY good restaurant immediately next door that we ate at twice, including our 29th Wedding Anniversary dinner and eating a steak option. Wait staff is very nice and perfectly attentive at the restaurant, do give it a try too."

"Location is very close to the beach. Room is a bit outdated but was clean. No free water but it was fine - there’s a grocery close by. My room faced the Main Street so it can be quite loud at night. Perhaps I should have asked for a quieter room."

"The hot tub, hot pool, sauna and steam bath were extremely comfortable and a pleasure to use after a trip. It's worth a day or two stay. I enjoyed the baked lamb that they had a specialty that day. The house red wine was excellent."

"It's the perfect seaside Hotel. You spend most of the time out of the room either on the beach, in a cafe etc. My accommodations were comfortable I love the fact that they gave an amenity kit which contain Q-Tips and emery board and little cotton wipes. The European breakfast was enjoyable plenty to eat. If you want a tea you had your choice of English breakfast or Earl grey. And if you're a caffe drinker - enjoy an espresso or a cappuccino."

"Could have been excellent, but unfortunately for us (and the hotel) there was no running water for most of our 4 night stay - after a day on the beach/in the sea or after a flight all you want is a hot shower, this wasn't an option. Hotel location was great. Pescara (other than the water issues) was amazing, would definitely visit again."

"Room and property is clean. Bed is horrible. Room AC doesn't work and room is way too hot. When you open window, emergency stairs RIGHT NEXT TO IT which makes intruder easily come in. Noise outside is very loud. Wall is too thin you can hear water flushing from next room or water piling up in the toilet very easily. Window doesn't have any screen. Staff got better towards our end of stay but hotel should've notified us of city wide water shut down ahead of time especially announcement was done 2+ weeks before our arrival. (To give us a choice to go somewhere else due to no water) We couldn't shower 2 days. First day, they we need to buy water from then to brush teeth 🙄 amenities: they sell EVERYTHING. and they close by. 23:00 so if you needed anything you are screwed. "
