"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. "Hotel Murren was without a doubt the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We booked the Senior Lux Suite with the hot tub and couldn't be happier. The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design. "The family room was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"
