Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). "I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund."
