Would not stay here again. Closer on door to room so strong it was hard to open and slammed hard. Seemed like tried to save money everywhere possible; had to force phone charger plug into wall socket, tried 3 and none worked, finally used plug on lamp; shower was ridiculously hard to turn on then water went hot to cold over and over; mattress reminded me of sleeping on a stack of towels; the “pillows” on the bed were bolsters like you would put behind your back to sit up - too thick and hard to sleep on, room has dinette with big heavy square plates that would fit in microwave, but were too big for microwave turntable to turn; provided tableware that reminded me of something you might buy at an army surplus store, bathroom tissue was low quality. Instead of carpet, the room floors had what I believed to be ceramic tile made to look like wood flooring and it was cold to walk on. Place was clean and staf was helpful. However, the room was noisy all night long from street traffic, and there seemed to be a lot of helicopter traffic overhead, which I could not understand. I even requested a quiet room, but I have no idea if tha request was honored. I have stayed in downtown Austin hotels before with good results, but this was not a good experience for me.
