"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

"The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. "

"1. There is no hot water. 2. During my stay, one of the days had no water at all. 3. You have to call an attendant to let you both in and out(meaning you are locked in). 4. No Wifi. 5. My lights also burned out during my stay aside from 1 in the bathroom. 6. the AC was really just a fan(no cooling). "

"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I moved hotels the next day. Do your research before booking this hotel. The 1st picture is overlooking the big pool. I asked about the pool after I checked in and was told its not available and the site only says they have one pool which is not true. The room I rented was supposed to have a refrigerator and it did not have one. 7 days in a hotel that i spent 1500$ on and no refrigerator. The room felt dirty and again didn't look like what was...

"Very quiet location and an easy uber ride to the beach, Hotel is a bit run down and a bit concerned no hotel staff overnight, just the security guy and dog at the main gate! "

"The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. "
